Make the stand code scannable
Halls have uneven light and crowded aisles. Print the QR code large, leave a blank margin, avoid glossy panels, and add a line such as "Scan to save our contact". Capture and follow up leads
The free card lets visitors save your contact. To receive their details as well, you need Premium, which adds an Exchange Contact form, a lead inbox and CSV export (lead capture). Premium is unlocked with a licence PIN from a partner; see activate a licence PIN. Plans apply per card, so you can upgrade only the show card.
MyInfo does not scan event badges; organiser badge scanning is a separate system. When you collect personal details, say why (PDPL and your digital business card). Each evening, export leads into your CRM (export your leads) and message everyone within a day (follow up within 24 hours).
