Add your portfolio, menu or price list to your card

How to add a portfolio, menu or price list to your MyInfo digital business card as a link button, and what different UAE businesses link to.

A folder of photos, a PDF price list, or a menu saved on your phone does no good once you've said goodbye and the new contact has walked away. MyInfo lets you put that portfolio, price list or menu directly on your card as a link button, so it stays one tap away for as long as they keep your card.

On the editor's Content tab, under Other links, enter a Button label such as "Portfolio", "Menu" or "Price list", paste the Destination URL, then select Add custom link. The button sits on your card like any other, ready to open with one tap. Full steps are in add social icons and link buttons.

You don't need a dedicated portfolio site or an online ordering system to use this. A single PDF works. A public Google Drive or Dropbox folder works. So does a page you've already built on your own website or on a marketplace, catalogue or delivery app. MyInfo isn't replacing that content — it's putting one reliable, always-current link to it on your card. Anything with a URL is fair game for a link button.

Keep it first, keep it current

If the portfolio or menu is the reason someone opens your card, don't bury it under your social icons. Move the button near the top of the card in the Layout tab — see reorder and hide sections. And because the button only holds a link, updating the document or page itself, wherever it actually lives, updates what every visitor sees immediately. There's nothing on MyInfo to republish and no printed menu or portfolio to redo.

Add a video alongside it

A portfolio or menu link pairs well with a short video: a showreel, a walkthrough of your space, or a highlight clip from recent work. See add a YouTube video. Free cards can show one video; Premium cards up to three, so there's room for both a highlight reel and a longer portfolio walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own website to add a portfolio or menu?

No. Any link works — a PDF, a public Google Drive or Dropbox folder, a delivery-app listing, or a page you already have elsewhere. You just paste the URL as a custom link; MyInfo doesn't host the file itself.

Yes. Add as many custom links as you need and give each one a clear label, then use the Layout tab to put the one visitors need most near the top of the card.
