1. The Service
MyInfo lets you create one or more digital business cards ("Cards") containing information you choose to add, such as your name, company, designation, contact details, social links, website, and photos. A Card can be shared with others via a direct link, QR code, or NFC card/stand. MyInfo also provides a dashboard where you can manage your Cards, media library, leads, and PIN-based subscriptions.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You must provide an accurate email address and keep access to that email account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Every time you sign in or create an account using a one-time email code, you must actively confirm that you have read and accept the current Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, and that you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Code verification and account access will not complete without this confirmation. If our policies change, the updated version applies when you next accept it during sign-in.
3. Public and private digital cards
Important — please read. A digital business card is designed to be shared. Unless you set a Card to Private and protect it with a six-digit access code, the information you add to a Card — including your name, designation, company, bio, contact details, social links, website, and photos — is made publicly accessible to anyone who has the Card's link, scans its QR code, or taps its NFC tag, at any time, without needing an account. This is a core, intended feature of the Service, and by adding information to a public Card you expressly consent to it being displayed openly in this way.
If you set a Card's status to Private, it can only be viewed by someone who enters the six-digit access code you set (or by you, as the owner, when signed in). You are responsible for keeping that code confidential and for choosing who you share it with. MyInfo is not responsible for access resulting from a code you have shared, lost control of, or set to something easily guessed.
You should not add information to a public Card that you are not comfortable with being seen by any member of the public, including sensitive personal data, financial details, or information about third parties who have not consented to being identified.
4. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the information, images, and links you upload to your Card ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant MyInfo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service, including displaying your public Card to visitors.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that: (a) you own it or have the right to use and share it; (b) it does not infringe any third party's rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights; and (c) it complies with applicable UAE law, including content-related regulations.
5. Contact exchange & leads
Public Cards may include a form that lets visitors submit their own name, phone number, email address, and a message directly to you as the Card owner ("Leads"). Leads are stored so you can view and export them from your dashboard. You are responsible for how you use, store, and process Leads, including complying with applicable data protection law when you contact people who submit their details to you. MyInfo acts as a service provider that transmits and stores this data on your behalf; it does not use Leads for its own marketing purposes.
6. Plans, PINs & payments
Every Card starts on the free plan. Additional features may be unlocked by purchasing a licence PIN from MyInfo or an authorised vendor and activating it against a Card. Fees and the PIN validity period are shown at the point of purchase and are due in advance.
An unused PIN may qualify for a refund only within seven calendar days of purchase and subject to the conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once a PIN is activated, Premium features are delivered immediately, the PIN is consumed, and the purchase is final and non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You should evaluate the free plan, Sample Profile, and feature comparison before activating a PIN.
7. Prohibited use
- Impersonating another person or entity, or creating a Card containing another individual's personal data without their consent.
- Uploading unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempting to bypass a Private Card's access code, or accessing accounts, data, or systems without authorisation.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited communications or to harvest Leads for spam.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The MyInfo name, logo, templates, software, and design are owned by MyInfo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use MyInfo's trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.
9. Suspension & termination
You may delete your Cards or close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account or a specific Card if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, applicable law, or where required to protect the Service or other users. On deletion, a Card's public page will stop resolving; data may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by UAE law. MyInfo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInfo's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to MyInfo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and MyInfo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Because acceptance is required during every one-time-code sign-in, you will be asked to accept the then-current version before a new authenticated session is created.
