When ten people in a company each build a digital business card, you usually get ten different looks: different colours, fonts and layouts. Build the theme once
Open Themes in the dashboard and select New theme. You can start from one of the ready-made styles, then set your colours (accent, background, text and button), a heading font and a body font, text size, alignment, photo shape and button style. The preview updates as you work, and the studio will not save a combination that is hard to read. Apply it to every card
In the card editor, open the Theme tab and choose your saved theme under Your themes. Do the same for each person's card. Content stays personal, such as name, role, photo and numbers, while the look stays the same. If you are setting up cards for others, follow create a card for someone else or your team.
Change the brand once, update every card
When your brand colour or font changes, edit the theme on the Themes page. Every card using it updates, and the studio shows how many cards use the theme and asks you to confirm before saving. Know the limits
Free accounts can save one custom theme, and accounts with a Premium card can save many. If you only need a clean look and not an exact match, a built-in template may be enough; the trade-offs are in saved themes vs built-in templates. A theme controls how a card looks, not what it says, so your team still owns their own details.
