A Premium MyInfo card collects leads for you automatically, but a lead sitting in your dashboard only helps if it ends up where you actually work — a spreadsheet, an email list, or a proper CRM. MyInfo doesn't lock your contacts in. Every lead can be exported as a CSV file and moved wherever you need it, in a couple of minutes.
What's in the export
Each row of the CSV holds what a visitor entered through Exchange Contact: their name, phone number, email address (if they gave one), any message they left, plus which card they contacted and when. That's everything you need to sort, search or hand off a lead without retyping it from notes or a screenshot — see lead capture for how visitors send their details in the first place.
How to export
- Open Leads in your dashboard.
- Filter by card and by date range if you want a specific batch rather than everything.
- Select Export CSV to download the file.
The full steps are in view your leads and export them. Exporting doesn't remove anything from your dashboard — it's a copy, so you can export the same leads again later.
Into a spreadsheet, no CRM required
Plenty of small UAE businesses run their follow-up out of Google Sheets or Excel, and a CSV opens straight into either. That's often enough: sort by date, add a "contacted" column, and you have a working pipeline without subscribing to anything extra.
Into a proper CRM
If you already use a CRM, most accept a CSV import directly — you upload the file and map each column (name, phone, email) to the matching field in the tool. Because the export is a standard CSV, this works the same way regardless of which CRM you use; check your CRM's own import screen for the exact steps, since the mapping step varies by product.
Keep your own copy
Leads are private to you inside MyInfo, but it's worth exporting on a regular schedule rather than only when you remember — a monthly export, or one after every event, means you always hold your own record independent of the dashboard. This pairs well with checking your inbox the same day a lead comes in; see follow up with new contacts within 24 hours for that habit.
Who this matters most for
Sales teams working exhibitions, real estate agents collecting enquiries from viewings, and clinics taking appointment requests all generate leads faster than they can act on them by hand — exporting regularly is what turns a pile of Exchange Contact submissions into a usable list. See digital business cards for sales teams for how a whole team can share this workflow.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Premium to export leads?
Yes. Lead capture and the lead inbox, including CSV export, are Premium features activated with a licence PIN — see pricing. Create your card first if you don't have one yet.
Does exporting delete the leads from my dashboard?
No. Export creates a CSV copy; your leads stay in the dashboard so you can filter, review or export them again whenever you need to.
