Premium is unlocked with a licence PIN from a MyInfo partner.
Steps
- Get a licence PIN from a partner near you.
- Sign in and open My PINs in the dashboard.
- Enter the PIN, choose the card to upgrade and select Activate PIN.
The card is upgraded straight away. Open Plan & Upgrade to check its plan.
Good to know
- A PIN is applied to one card.
- Partners can supply PINs in bulk for a team.

If activation does not work
- Check the PIN was typed exactly, without extra spaces.
- Make sure you selected the right card before activating.
- A PIN that has already been used cannot be used again. Ask your partner for a new one.
- If you are still stuck, contact us with your card address.
