Put one large QR code on your stand, with a blank margin and a line such as "Scan to save our contact". Avoid glossy panels and strong spotlights, and test with an iPhone and an Android phone from the distance a visitor will stand (QR code size and placement). If you carry an NFC card, program it and keep the QR code as backup.
Capture leads and follow up
A free card lets visitors save your contact. To receive their details through an Exchange Contact form, with a lead inbox and CSV export, you need Premium (lead capture). Premium is unlocked per card with a licence PIN from a partner. MyInfo does not scan event badges, which is a separate organiser system. When you collect personal details, say why (PDPL and your digital business card). After each day, export your leads and write to each person within 24 hours.
