A visiting physiotherapist or home-care nurse is booked by word of mouth: a family member asks a neighbour, a doctor suggests a name, a patient shares a number in a group chat. A digital business card for physiotherapists and home-care nurses in the UAE puts your name, areas covered, booking button and WhatsApp on one link, so the next family does not have to hunt for them. This guide uses a MyInfo card and only features the product really has.
Say who you are and where you travel
Start with your name, title and a short bio: what you treat or provide (for example sports injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation or elderly care) and the languages you speak. Add a text section listing the areas or emirates you visit and your usual days and hours. Free cards get one text section and Premium cards up to three, so keep each short and clear.
Show your licence details the right way
Patients and referrers trust a named, licensed professional. If your licence number is something you normally display, you can add it to your card as text. Our guide to showing a doctor title and DHA licence on your card shows the layout. MyInfo does not verify licences and does not give regulatory advice, so check your own regulator's rules for what you may publish.
A booking link and WhatsApp instead of phone tag
Add a link button for WhatsApp and one for your booking page or form, labelled simply, such as "Book a home visit". See adding a booking link for the steps. Only link to something you actually monitor. Visitors can tap Save Contact so your number is in their phone before they need you.
Keep your personal number and patient details off the card
If you work independently, use a work number or WhatsApp Business line and not your personal one (keep your personal number off your card). Never put patient names, conditions or photos on a card, or in a message form. If you want to share a page only with a clinic or a named family, use a private card, a MyInfo privacy feature covered on the privacy and access page.
A QR code for referrers and families
Give doctors, clinics, pharmacies and hospital discharge teams a printed QR code or a leaflet so they can pass your details on in seconds. Put the same QR code on your appointment reminder and vehicle sign, placed using the QR size and placement rules. The QR points to your card's address, so a change of area or hours never needs reprinting, and it is free on every card.
Collecting enquiries on Premium
A free card lets people save your contact and message you by WhatsApp. If you want an Exchange Contact form that collects a name, phone and a short message into a lead inbox with CSV export, you need Premium (lead capture). Ask enquirers only for what you need and say why (PDPL and your digital business card). Keep health details out of the form.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my licence number on a MyInfo card?
You can add it as text on your card, for example in a text section. MyInfo does not check or certify licences, so follow your own regulator's rules on what you may publish.
Should patients send their health details through the card?
No. Use the card for contact and booking only. Agree health information with your patient through your clinic's or employer's own approved process, and keep it off the card and out of any message form.
