A charity or community group runs on people: volunteers who show up, partners who help and supporters who spread the word. The coordinator is usually the one handing out a number at a stall, a school event or a corporate volunteering day, and the details that matter change with every campaign. A MyInfo digital business card gives each coordinator one link that explains the cause, says how to help and updates in seconds.
Say what you do and who you help
Use a text section for your mission in a few clear lines, and a second one for your current campaign or upcoming dates. Free cards get one text section and Premium cards up to three. Only describe activities you actually run, and use the registration or permit details your organisation uses publicly, written exactly as your organisation states them.
Give supporters a next step
Add a link button for each action you want: sign up as a volunteer, donate through your organisation's official page, or join a mailing list. The label and destination are yours to choose, so you can swap the button when a campaign ends. Use only your organisation's official links, and remind people to check the page address before giving.
Show the work with a video
A short YouTube video of last year's event or a beneficiary-friendly story can explain more than a paragraph. Free cards show one video and Premium cards up to three. Keep the privacy and consent of the people shown in mind before you publish.
Share the card at stalls and events
Print a QR code on the stall banner, flyers and volunteer badges, following the QR placement and size rules. Because the code points to your card's address, you can change the campaign or dates without reprinting. Coordinators can also share the card by NFC tap or link in a group chat.
Keep it current between campaigns
Dates, contacts and campaigns change every few weeks. Update the card in the editor and every shared link shows the latest, using the 30-second update routine. When a coordinator hands over, change the name and number and the card stays the same, see what to do when your job title or number changes.
Capture volunteer interest on Premium
On a Premium card, the Exchange Contact button of lead capture lets a visitor leave their name, phone, optional email and a message, which you see in your lead inbox. Use their details only for the purpose they gave them, as covered in lead data and the UAE PDPL checklist.
Frequently asked questions
Can each coordinator have their own card?
Yes. Each coordinator can have their own free card with their name and number, and a saved theme keeps the look consistent across all of them.
Is a card the same as a donation page?
No. A card is a page that points people to your official donation and volunteer pages through link buttons. MyInfo does not process donations itself.
