On this page
A card that only shares your name and number makes a visitor do the next step themselves: find your booking site, copy your bank details, or send a message asking "how do I pay?" A booking or payment link on the card removes that step entirely, and it takes about a minute to set up.
Where the link lives on your card
MyInfo's Other links section (Content tab) lets you add a full-width button with any label and any destination URL — not just social profiles. That makes it the right place for a booking page, a payment link, an invoice, or anything else with its own web address. See add social and custom links.
Add a booking link
- Open your card in the editor and go to the Content tab.
- Under Other links, set a Button label such as "Book an appointment" or "Reserve a table".
- Paste the URL of your booking page — your scheduling tool's link, a booking form, or a WhatsApp chat set up for reservations.
- Select Add custom link and save.
This works for any appointment-based business: a salon booking a service, a clinic booking a consultation, a consultant booking a call.
Add a payment link
The same button works for a payment or deposit link — the URL your bank, payment gateway or invoicing tool gives you for a specific amount or a general "pay me" page. Label it clearly, such as "Pay invoice" or "Send a deposit", so visitors know exactly what happens when they tap it. Do not put account numbers or IBANs directly on a public card; a link keeps the actual payment details on your bank's own secure page.
Put it where people will actually tap it
A button buried under five others gets ignored. In the Layout tab, move your booking or payment link near the top, right after your name and photo, if it is the one action you want most visitors to take. See reorder and hide sections. A salon can put booking first; a freelancer invoicing a client can put the payment link first for that one card visit.
One card, one clear next step
Resist adding a booking link, a payment link, five social icons and a video all fighting for attention. Pick the action that matters most for the person scanning your card in that moment, put it first, and keep the rest lower down or switched off. Who this helps most
- Salons and beauty professionals turn a walk-in or Instagram follower into a booked slot. See digital business cards for salons and beauty professionals.
- Clinics send patients straight to a booking form instead of a phone queue. See digital business cards for clinics and healthcare.
- Freelancers and consultants share a booking link for discovery calls and a payment link for invoices from the same card. See digital business cards for freelancers and consultants.

Frequently asked questions
Does MyInfo process the booking or payment itself?
No. The link button opens whatever booking page, payment link or invoicing tool you already use. MyInfo does not handle bookings or payments directly; it gives you a clear, well-placed button that sends visitors there.
Can I have both a booking link and a payment link on the same card?
Yes. Add as many custom link buttons as you need under Other links, then use the Layout tab to put the one you want visitors to see first above the other.
