How Premium is unlocked
Premium is not a subscription you set up inside the app. It is activated with a licence PIN from a MyInfo partner, who agrees the details with you directly, including bulk licences if you want to cover a whole team. You then follow activate a licence PIN to apply it to a card. Every card starts on the free plan, and you can upgrade at any time.
What happens if Premium ends
Your card stays online on the free plan. Only the Premium-only features, such as lead capture and analytics, become unavailable until you activate a new licence PIN. Nothing is deleted from your card.
Why this matters
