A great appointment, meal or consultation earns you a five-star review — if the client remembers to leave one, and can find the link. A customer looking for your salon, clinic or shop needs a map, not an address typed into a text section. MyInfo's Google Reviews and Google Directions icons handle both, right on your card, in the two taps it actually takes to matter.
What the two icons do
Google Reviews opens straight to your Google Business Profile's review form, so a client can leave a rating without searching for your business name first. Google Directions opens Google Maps with your location ready to navigate to. Both sit in the same Social media icons area as LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, alongside a plain Google icon for your business listing itself. See links, videos and text on your card for the full list.
Add them to your card
- Open your card in the editor, on the Content tab.
- Under Social media icons, choose Google Reviews, paste your review link, and select Add social icon.
- Repeat and choose Google Directions, pasting your Google Maps link this time.
Full steps and where to find each link are in add social icons and link buttons. Reorder the icons or move them above the fold in the Layout tab if reviews or location matter most to your visitors.
Ask for the review at the right moment
The gap between "great service" and "five stars on Google" is usually just a forgotten link. Hand over your card — by NFC tap or QR code — while the visitor is still at the counter or in the chair, and ask directly: "if you have a second, our Google Reviews icon is right there." A salon or spa can put it on the checkout tablet; a real estate agent can add it to the card left after a viewing; a clinic can hand it over at checkout rather than mailing a follow-up link days later, when the moment has passed.
Make yourself easy to find, not just easy to review
Directions matter just as much for a first-time visitor. Someone searching "[your business] near me" and finding your MyInfo card should not have to copy an address into a separate maps app — the Directions icon takes them straight there. This is especially useful for a restaurant or café or a clinic with walk-in visitors, where the difference between a card that converts and one that does not is often just how many taps stand between "found you" and "arrived."
Keep it to the two that matter
Not every icon belongs on every card. A consultant who never sees clients in person may skip Directions entirely; a business that is not yet collecting Google reviews can add the icon later once it has a review link to send people to. See what to put on a digital business card for how to decide what earns a place, and don't clutter the top of your card with icons nobody will tap.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I get my Google Reviews link?
Open your business on Google Maps or Google Business Profile, select Ask for reviews, and copy the link it gives you. Paste that link into the Google Reviews icon on your card.
Does this work for a business with no Google listing yet?
You need a Google Business Profile before you have a reviews link to add. The Google Directions icon works with any Google Maps link, including a pinned location, even without a full business listing.
