A photo and a bio tell someone who you are. A short video lets them hear your voice and see how you work before you ever meet. MyInfo cards can show a YouTube video alongside your details, and setting one up takes less time than filming it.
Why a video earns a spot on your card
Text and a photo are static. A video shows tone, pace and personality — three things that decide whether someone remembers you after a networking event or a single WhatsApp share. A real estate agent walking through a listing, a trainer demonstrating a class, or a consultant explaining what they do in thirty seconds all give a visitor more reason to reach out than another paragraph of text would.
What actually works in thirty to sixty seconds
Visitors are on your card for seconds, not minutes, so keep it short and specific:
- Introduce yourself and the one thing you do best. Skip the company history.
- Show, don't just tell. A property walkthrough, a finished project, or a client space beats a talking head reciting a job title.
- End with what to do next. "Book a viewing" or "message me on WhatsApp" — whatever the rest of your card is built around.
How it works on MyInfo
Open your card in the editor, go to the Content tab, and paste a full YouTube link into the Videos panel — Watch links, youtu.be links and Shorts all work. Your card shows a thumbnail with a play button, and the video player only loads once someone taps it, so the card stays fast for everyone who doesn't watch. Free cards can show one video; Premium cards up to three. Full steps are in add a YouTube video.
Where it sits on the card
The video is one of several content blocks — alongside social icons, link buttons and text sections — and you decide where it appears. Use the Layout tab to move it above or below your other sections. See reorder and hide sections if you want the video higher up for a launch or an event, then move it back down afterward.

Frequently asked questions
Does the video slow down my card?
No. MyInfo only loads a static thumbnail until someone taps it, so the card itself stays quick to open. The full YouTube player loads at that point, the same as it would on any website.
Can I use a video from somewhere other than YouTube?
Not directly — the Videos panel accepts YouTube links only. If your video lives elsewhere, upload it to YouTube first, or add it as a link button pointing to wherever it is hosted.
